2. Following the directions on the "Filling out the Sunshine State TESOL Conference Proposal Form" (a) and referencing the evaluation form (b), complete the SSTESOL Proposal Form (c) below by TYPING directly into the proposal form (below).

a. Filling out the Sunshine State TESOL Conference Proposal Form: This document is NOT to be turned in. It is to be used as a guide in filling out the Sunshine State TESOL Conference Proposal Form.

b. SSTESOL Conference Presentation Proposal Evaluation Form (Rubric): Proposal forms lacking names will NOT be accepted.


c. SSTESOL Proposal Form - Type directly into the proposal form.

The SSTESOL 2017 Proposal Form AND the Sunshine State TESOL Conference Presentation Proposal Evaluation Form are to be STAPLED and submitted together. They may be turned in at my office (if I am not there, slide these documents under my office door (ED 220L). They may also be sent to me as email attachments. They are due by 5:00 p.m. today. Make sure your name is on ALL documents.

If working in pairs: If working in pairs, each pair member must take responsibility for planning and organizing the assignments. Each pair member must complete at least one part (approximately half) of every pair assignment. For each pair assignment, each member of the pair will indicate that s/he contributed to and approves the final product and will complete an individual reflection describing her/his contribution to the end product. Each individual reflection is to be typed on separate pieces of paper with the each student’s name typed on his/her respective paper. The reflections are to be attached to the back of the completed assignment. Each pair member is to turn in a copy of the assignment with his/her respective reflection stapled to the back of the assignment. Assignments lacking these reflections will not be accepted.
